(english translation)

No, never in any time, it is not to be, ended between us, my love
I tried to say I made you understand that it was near the end
Give me my EPs the LPs, give me everything I loaned you
The book by Vinicius de Moraes and “The Portrait of Dorian Gray”

And if any friend wants to know what happened
Tell him that it was not my guilty

I who showed you the moon with Georges Méliès
I who showed you life away from the TV
And you laughed at me like Jean-Baptiste “Molière”

I who made you to question with Marcel Duchamp
We danced with Django Reinhardt until morning
And you couldn't even be a fan of Piaf

Yes, i can go back, but only to get my BD collection
My postcards, my bonsai and the food of “Barber”

And if someone asks why i disappeared
Says that I am no longer for freaks and that I ran away from you

I who gave myself, and it's not even usual
I who tried hard to change the look

Now I say goodbye to that your banal look at me.

I who was never much to pray
But I still went up to the altar
I'm not a snack anymore, no, not even your trophy.

You and me, not even in passe-partout.
